Star Fishy by Bianca

Star Fishy
Star Fishy (Design Made in 2009)

This design was made together with the design "Seashell by the Seashore"
that was created sometime in 2009 when I was in Boracay Island, Philippines.

Boracay Island is one of the BEST Beaches in the world.
And it is!! With pure white sands, crystal clear blue water, and you can even
swim in the sea with about 5 to 10 kilometers away of just pure sand.
No corals, no plants, nothing to hurt your feet while swimming.
And every sunset, you can get THE BEST sunset shot in this place.
Always stunning!
It's also a great place to party as every night, you can go bar hoping (it's just
bar after bar after bar after bar).
During day time, it's very nice to swim, eat good food, and walk down the beach.
During night time, it's very nice to party!
Wear want you want, drink anything you like, just pure fun and enjoyment!

So, since I was in this Island, while walking on the nice shore of the beach,
in my surprise, I saw this random blue starfish.
It actually looked like this:
Blue Starfish
Blue Starfish (not the actual starfish I saw)

long thin tentacles and was blue!
I never saw any blue starfish like this before.
I think he was lost.. hehe :D

So, for the design, I painted clear silver glitter for the base polish.
Then I painted (Elianto) Blue color Starfish and did a black outline
and dots for some details.
Then, topped it with clear top coat to give out shine.

There you go, a simple blue starfish.
Cute isn't it?
Lots of people from the Island loved it and I did as well! :)
I hope you liked it as well!! ^_^

Twinkle Star
Twinkle Star (Design Made in 2009)
Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.. :D
This was made back in 2009 when I was still in Boracay Island, Philippines.
I got this idea when I saw loads of stars one night while I was strolling
down the beach.
Then, the next day when I woke up, I painted this simple star on my nail.
For the base color of the nail, I painted (Elianto) Blue.
Then for the design, I painted a Yellow Star with small White Dots
in every point of the star.
It was cute. :)
It looked like the ones that kids draw in school.
hehe.. :D
I hope you liked it!

Blink
Blink (Design Made in 2010)
Floral Blink was made sometime in November, 2010 in Makati, Philippines.
This design was made together with Triplet and other designs
(you will find out later on the other blogs).
Floral Blink was inspired from my favorite colors :Black and Pink.
I made this design when I was creating a picture of what my table cloth
for events should look like. :D
Ever since I was a kid, I love PINK so much!!
Why? Because it is sooooo girlie and I love Barbie as well.
Barbie Dolls are just so elegant with such poise and finesse.
and then, when I grew up, I also fell in love for the color Black.
Why? Because you can mix and match anything with it!
And also, I see lots of elegant and professional people wearing black. :)
And so, I have combined Black and Pink and created this word: Blink!
With my love of floral and dots (as it is very easy to make) I mixed it with
my favorite colors. ^_^
For the design, I painted my nails Duo Diagonal Colors of Black and Pink.
Then for the design, I made small alternate dots of colors White and Yellow
with the Black background.
Then, alternate Pink and White small flowers with the Pink background.
And finished it with clear top coat to make it shine.
After doing this design, I was super happy with the outcome.
Black and Pink sure goes very well ^_^
I love it so much!
I hope you liked it! :)

Triplet by Bianca

Triplet
Triplet (Design Made in 2010)
Triplet was made sometime in November, 2010 in Makati, Philippines.
It was inspired from making something that would be
discrete and fashionable nails for office working women.
I had these new polishes I bought from Elianto and new nail art brushes.
Before, back in Boracay, I used to have lots of clients that's working
in the hotel and restaurants, I have encountered lots of times that these
girls really wants to have nail arts but they are worried that their boss
would get mad at them and will let them take the nail polishes off.
So, when I transferred back to Manila, I thought of there would be more girls
working in the office, hotels, and restaurant that would want to have
nail polishes on their nails but they would be worried that their boss will
tell them off.
So, I thought of a design that would be discrete and yet, it would still be in style.
For the base colors of the nails, I painted it with (Elianto) Beige color.
Then, for the design, I painted 3 flowers in a diagonal pattern with the colors
of Pink, White, and Black fort he petals then, Yellow color for the center dot.
Then, finalized it with clear top coat.
I chose Beige color, as for office working women knows that this is one
of the everyday polish they always wear so that it would be a skin tone color.
Sometimes, they also wear clear color polish just for their nails to shine
or a white french tip nail polish just so they have some design on their nails.
I hope you liked it! :)

Summer Crackers by Bianca

Summer Crackers
Summer Crackers (Design Made in 2009)
This design was made sometime in 2010 in Makati, Philippines.
I did this design when I first bought my nail art products.
I bought this cracking effect nail polish where in you apply first
an ordinary nail polish, let it dry and apply the cracking effect nail polish
then while it dries up it gives a cracking effect!
Kinda magic isn't it?
Then, I also bought different kinds and colors of nail gems
(now, this time, I didn't have to use a scrap gem :D)
And, lastly got a nail glue to stick the nail gems onto your nails
making it last longer.
It's soooo cool and I was so happy I have my nail art materials :)
So, for the design, I applied (Elianto) White for the base of my nails
and waited for it to dry completely.
Then, I applied about 2 coats of the Green Cracking Effect Nail Polish.
Now, REMEMBER: when you will apply 2 coats of this cracking effect nail polish,
make sure that the 1st coat is dry enough to apply the 2nd coat
(You will know when the cracking effect nail polish is dry because
it stops cracking).
Then, when the cracking effect nail polish was completely dry,
I applied a small amount of nail glue to where I will put the nail gems.
The nail gems I had in this design was Silver Teardrop and
Orange Round Gems.
When everything was set in, I applied the clear top coat for better shine
and enhancement of the designs. :)
There you go.. All done!!
Easy to make and I had so much fun in using my nail art supplies
the very first time! :)
I hope you liked it!

Royale Green by Bianca

Royale Green
Royale Green (Design Made in 2009)
This design was made in Boracay Island, Philippines
sometime in October, 2009.
It was inspired from one of my dresses before (I don't have it now).
I used to have this dress with same Green Shade
but not with red lines though.
It was Lime Green in color and had big white flowers at the bottom of the dress.
But I changed the flowers into red lines instead
and put some shimmer studs in it,
coz I was having too much flowery designs lately. :D
And so, for the design, I painted (Elianto) Green and Clear Silver Glitter
for the base color of the nail.
Then, for the design, I painted a vertical and horizontal thin red lines.
And, glued some small silver round studs (I actually got this from
a bookstore, because these times I didn't have any official nail art supplies
like what we have now, so I was using recycled materials. I got this studs from the middle of the sequences you buy in bookstores. This round things are
the ones you usually throw and then use the actual design like flowers,
hearts etc. but instead, I threw the actual design and used the middle part of it
as it's small and can fit perfectly for nails).
And, finally, I applied clear top coat for more shine.
Voilà!! It's done!!
Very plain and simple.
And the materials are easy to find too!!
I hope you liked it!! :)
Try it then share your creations as well!

Floral Duo
Floral Duo (Design Made in 2010)
Floral Duo was made sometime in 2010.
If I am not mistaken, I did this design in one of the event exhibition
I attended to (can't remember which one though, sorry bout that).
The design was inspired from "Floral Yellorange" but made a bit of difference.
The color, number of flowers, and the pattern of the flowers. :)
It was still summer time when I made this if I'm not mistaken. :)
So "girlie" this client I had.
Anyways, for her design: I painted (Elianto) Pink for her base color of nails.
Then, made a (Elianto) Yellow diagonal tip.
Then for the design, I painted 2 flowers: Sky Blue for the Petals and
Black for the center dot of the flower.
And, finally, topped it with clear top coat.
Taa-daaaaaaa!!!! It's done!
Very easy to create!
Try it on your nails!! :D
I hope you liked it! ^_^

Dazzling Print
Dazzling Print (Design Made in 2010)
I made this design for one of my client's in one of the events
I sponsored before - Ties N' Styles' Wedding Avenue in
SM MegaTrade Hall in September 10, 11, and 12, 2010.
I had more than 100 girls (women and kids) falling in line and waiting
for their turn to have their nails transformed
from plain to customized art work.

Wedding Avenue is a fair where you can have loads of options
where to get your wedding cakes from, which gown to wear,
who will do your make-up, or who will plan your entire wedding.

I was the only booth there that does nails. Of course, before, brides and entourage only thinks about their make-up and hair-do,
but never thought of how their hands and nails should look like when
the photographer will take a shot when the groom is putting her ring on.
You wouldn't want to have a photo shot of you handing you hand to
your groom with ugly nails, would you?
Bianca Designing Nails of Ms.Erika

That is why I was there, to expand their imagination in becoming
more beautiful and perfect for their wedding.
Anyways, as I was saying, I made this design for one of my clients in
Wedding Avenue - Ms. Rachel.
When she sat with me on the table, she told me she always wanted to have
a "Zebra Print" nail art design but not exactly as it is.
So, again, I asked her for her favorite color and told her, I will make her zebra print but in different style then added something in it to make it
more classy and original.
For her base color, I painted (Elianto) Red.
Then for the design, I made a diagonal opposite ways, silver and
black glitter tip.
And then, painted the zebra print on the red nails.
Then finalizing it with clear top coat to be shinier.
After her nails being painted, I saw a big smile on her face and
thanked me well.
I was so happy because I knew she liked it so much.
And, I hope you liked it too! ^_^
